The time for the occurrence of rotten sticks of shiitake mushrooms can occur after the mushroom sticks have germinated to a certain extent. Generally, it is lighter in the early stage and heavier in the middle and late stages. When it is serious, it will cause the fungus stick to rot and fail to harvest. Main reason:
1. Steaming material, incomplete sterilization and disinfection during inoculation operation;
2. After the bag is removed, the temperature becomes high, especially in rainy days, poor ventilation, resulting in high temperature and high humidity, causing the growth of miscellaneous bacteria. The green mold was not detected and treated in time during the germination period, and the latent material was in the latent material. After the bag was removed, the temperature and humidity were suitable and the reproduction was accelerated;
3. If the bag removal is too late, the yellow water penetrates into the base, causing contamination by bacteria; the mushroom field is too shaded, the surrounding environment is poor, and the air flow is not smooth;
4. When cultivating bacteria, the bacteria sticks infected with green mold were not cleaned in time when stacking, and some green mold was latent in the material. After the bag was removed, the oxygen increased and the temperature and humidity were suitable, which accelerated the reproduction of miscellaneous bacteria.
