The method of reducing the incidence of edible fungus in the old mushroom house

How to thoroughly disinfect and sterilize the mushroom house where edible fungi have been planted? To know whether the mushroom house can be sterilized can be related to the production of the next batch of edible fungi. Incomplete disinfection and sterilization will cause the bacteria, spores, harmful adults and eggs of harmful microorganisms remaining in the original mushrooms to harm the newly grown mushrooms, resulting in a high incidence of edible fungi. But also brought health and safety hidden danger to food consumption. Here are some key points of disinfection and sterilization in old mushroom houses.
1. First of all, clean the old mushroom house, and remove all the original planting residues and culture materials in the old mushroom house. If it is too troublesome, you can stack these things about 500 meters away from the mushroom house.
2. Rinse the shelves and tools of the old mushroom house with clean water, then move them to the sun for a while, and then clean the inner walls and ground of the old mushroom house and rinse them with water.
3. Ventilation of the mushroom house is one of the most important links. Open the doors and windows of the mushroom house to let the sunlight shine into the house. If possible, open the roof of the mushroom house to ventilate and dry for 20-60 days. After the mushroom house is dry, use dichlorvos to fumigate the room (be careful when using dichlorvos, and wash your hands after use), and spray the bed frame, storefront, wall, and roof with insecticide to kill insects. Then use carbendazim and thiophanate to finely spray 2-3 times to carry out disinfection and sterilization.
4. Sprinkle bleach or quicklime in every corner of the mushroom house and around the mushroom house to kill insects and bacteria. You can use quicklime or block or powder quicklime for construction, never use slaked lime that has been hydrolyzed. Because quicklime has insecticidal and bactericidal effects, while slaked lime (the living things that undergo a chemical reaction after quicklime is added to water) has poor bactericidal and insecticidal effects. Moreover, quicklime is solid or blocky or powdery after weathering, and slaked lime is paste or white mud-like. The hydrolyzed slaked lime is not conducive to spreading, which increases the workload of disinfection and sterilization of mushroom houses.
