High-yield Cultivation and Management Techniques of Antler Mushroom

Antler mushroom is a popular edible mushroom recently. Its market demand is stable. However, the cultivation technology in the past few years is immature, and the yield is not high. The variety strains degenerate rapidly, resulting in a continuous decline in the output of antler mushrooms. With the continuous improvement of varieties, the current cultivation techniques of antler mushrooms have gradually matured, and can obtain good market benefits. So what are the high-yield cultivation and management technologies of antler mushrooms? Let's find out together!
1. Medium preparation
Use fir sawdust and corn cob as a culture substrate. If the sawdust is difficult to find, poplar wood chips can be used instead of fir sawdust, and then the nutrient source of the culture medium is generally recommended to use bran, corn bran, and income-increasing agents for a reasonable mix. Making preparations for the cultivation of pilose antler mushrooms can shorten the growth cycle and increase the yield.
2. Pollution control of return air
During the cooling process, the sterilized medium is re-contaminated due to the cold air containing bacteria in the chamber sucked back by the cultivation bottle, which is called backflow pollution or inhalation pollution, which should be prevented. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to keeping the temperature of the pot above 80 °C, and install a dust removal filter device, and use spray disinfection to thoroughly disinfect.
3. Initial training management
It takes 40-50 days from the beginning of cultivation to the end of mycelium spreading. At this time, the indoor temperature should be controlled at 20-23°C, and the humidity and carbon dioxide concentration should be reasonably controlled. In order to prevent the mixing of harmful bacteria, it is necessary to reduce the gap when the bacteria are inoculated, prevent strong wind within 10 days after inoculation, and perform acclimation treatment at room temperature before use.
4. Budding reminder and fruiting management
The more suitable temperature for fruiting of pilose antler mushrooms is 14-22 ℃, and then the fungus can stand upside down to germinate. The germination management temperature is 16-18 ℃, and the carbon dioxide concentration and light are reasonably controlled. After 12 days of cultivation, harvest after one month. 5 days before harvesting, try not to increase humidity, and 3 days before harvesting, try not to increase humidity. The humidity of harvesting is very important, which can improve the quality of antler mushrooms.
So far, the introduction of the high-yield cultivation and management techniques of antler mushrooms is here. If you want to grow high-yield antler mushrooms, you must do a good job in scientific cultivation and management.
