(1) Water replenishment conditions
When the water content in the culture material is 65%, it is most suitable for fruiting, and when it is lower than 40%, water supplementation should be considered. The specific water replenishment time should be mastered after the mycelium of the material surface turns white and resumes growth, and the temperature is stable above 10 ℃. It is not suitable to replenish water when the temperature is too high or too low.The amount of water replenishment should be slightly less than 10% of the weight of the bag.
Under normal circumstances, water should be added to the feed twice during the fruiting period. The first replenishment time is when the first tide mushrooms are picked, and the second time is when the third tide mushrooms are over. The bacteria bag to be rehydrated should have strong, dense and white mycelium;The mycelium of the fungus bag grows sparsely, grows weakly, turns yellow, the moisture content in the material is moderate, the temperature drops below 5 °C, and the culture material has been damaged by diseases and insect pests, so it is not suitable to replenish water.
(2) Water replenishment method
There are pressure replenishment method, covering soil replenishment method, soaking replenishment method, etc.
1. Pressure replenishment method: connect the agricultural sprayer with a self-priming pump, and connect the sprayer to the special water supply needle for oyster mushrooms. One end of the water supply needle is in the shape of a needle for injection, and the other end is connected to the water outlet tube of the sprayer. Insert the water supply needle into the culture material, and press the pressure rod of the sprayer through the self-priming pump, so that the water in the sprayer will be at a certain level. Injected into the culture bag under pressure. Generally, each bag needs to be inserted with 3 holes. In order to improve work efficiency, a multi-head water replenisher can also be used, and multiple bacterial bags can be replenished at the same time.
2. Soil-covering and water-replenishing method: Take off the plastic bag and arrange the fungus sticks in the border, and cover the top with wet soil with white ash, so that the fungus sticks can absorb water from the bottom of the border and the covering soil. Note that in the first 3 days of covering the soil, it should be watered 3 times a day, and it should be thoroughly watered each time. The advantage of covering the soil is that it is both heat preservation and moisturizing, which can increase the yield by about 50%.
3. Soak water replenishment method: Pour clean water into a pool or a water container, and use an iron bar to make several holes in a triangle shape on the surface of the bacteria bag material. Note that the iron bar should penetrate the culture material. Immerse the bacteria bag in water to make the culture material fully absorb water, generally soak for 5 to 8 hours, and the weight of the bacteria bag after absorbing water can reach about 90% of the weight of the bag.
(3) Matters needing attention when replenishing water
1. The water used for replenishment must be clean, clean and pollution-free.
2. After water replenishment, the temperature of the shed should be increased to promote the recovery of mycelium. The temperature in the shed should be 15℃～20℃. If the temperature of the shed is too low, the recovery of mycelium will be slow; if the temperature is too high, it will easily cause pollution. In the first few days of water replenishment, attention should be paid to strengthening ventilation. After the water exuded during water injection evaporates and the humidity is stable, reduce ventilation and re-enter the bacteria-cultivating stage.
3. The amount of water injected each time should not be too large, and less water should be injected frequently; the water replenishment amount should reach 90% of the weight of the newly installed bacteria bag.
4. Adjust the type and quantity of nutrients added according to the timing of replenishment.
