1. Cultivation material formula (weight)
Formula A: main ingredients: 90% sawdust, 10% wheat bran; additional auxiliary ingredients: 1% gypsum, 1% phosphate fertilizer, 135% water, PH value 7.
Formula B: main ingredients: 70% sawdust, 30% cottonseed bark; additional auxiliary ingredients: 3% wheat bran, 1% gypsum, 1% phosphate fertilizer, 140% water, PH value 7-7.5.
Formula C: The main ingredients are 60% wheat straw bran and 40% cotton seed bark; additional auxiliary ingredients are 3% wheat bran, 1% gypsum, 1% phosphate fertilizer, 140% water, and a pH value of 7-7.5.
2. Stirring and bagging: Choose any one of the above three formulas, mix the ingredients and water according to the selected formula and mix evenly. The bag should be a 20x40cm, 3-wire thick polyethylene bag. First tie one end with a plastic rope into a slip knot, fill the other end with the material and put a loop on it. The bag should be packed firmly.
3. Sterilization inoculation: After the bags are packed, they should be put into the sterilization stove in time for normal pressure steam sterilization. The fire will be fierce in the early stage, and the temperature in the stove will be maintained for more than 12 hours after it reaches 100°C. Move the sterilized bag into the inoculation room or inoculation tent and cool it below 30°C, then inoculate both ends of the bag according to the aseptic operating procedures.
4. Bacteria development: The inoculated fungus bags are cultured in a dark, dry environment at 20-26°C. After 10 days, the bags should be opened every other week to remove bags that are contaminated and damaged by mushroom flies. Spray insecticides and sterilants every 3 days, and use an ozone sterilizer to freshen the air once a week. After 25-30 days when the mycelium has grown all over the bag, increase the light for about 10 days to stimulate the formation of primordia.
