Commonly used edible fungus parent seed medium formula

(1) Potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium: 200 g of potato, 20 g of glucose, 18 to 20 g of agar, natural pH. In the preservation medium, glucose can be replaced by sucrose, namely potato sucrose agar (PSA) medium; 3 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1.5 g of magnesium sulfate, and 10 mg of vitamin B can also be added, that is, potato comprehensive medium. PDA medium is widely used in the isolation, cultivation and preservation of various edible fungi parent species. (2) Potato and cottonseed husk comprehensive medium: 100g of potato, 100g of cottonseed hull, 50g of bran, 20g of corn flour, 20g of agar, 20g of glucose, 2~5g of peptone, 3g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1.5g of magnesium sulfate, 10mg of vitamin B, pH is natural. The medium is widely suitable for culturing and preserving a variety of edible fungus parent species. (3) Corn flour sucrose medium: 40 g of corn flour, 10 g of sucrose, and 18-20 g of agar. The medium is suitable for cultivating a variety of edible fungus strains, and is especially suitable for the growth of shiitake mushroom and Flammulina velutipes mycelium. (4) Straw infusion medium: 200 g of straw (chopped and boiled juice), 20 g of sucrose, 3 g of ammonium sulfate, 20 g of agar, pH 7.2 to 7.4. The medium is suitable for the preparation of Straw mushroom strains.
