The production technology of morel exogenous nutrition bags—the processing and mixing of culture materials.
1. Treatment of culture materials
Wheat processing: Soak the prepared wheat in cold water at about 10-20℃ for 24 hours in advance, or cook it directly.
Morels eat grain, and what they eat is wheat, exchanging grain for yield. As the main source of nutrition, if wheat is not fully cooked during the steamer process, the following may occur:
1. To sprout. Wheat may sprout in the ground.
2. Infected with a large number of miscellaneous bacteria. Wheat mixed with wheat is easily infected with miscellaneous bacteria.
3. Reduced production and insufficient nutrient absorption.
Corn cob processing: Corn cobs are crushed and sieved after threshing the corn cobs; they are fresh and have no mildew; the particle size is preferably 0.5 to 0.8 cm. Pre-wet 1 day before use, or allow 2 weeks of aerobic fermentation.
Wood chip processing: The best wood chips are broad-leaved tree species, and the particle size is the most suitable for the thumbnail. The wood chips should be stacked and fermented for more than 6 months in advance.
2. Mixing ingredients
Use a large mixing machine to mix and put in the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients at one time. When mixing ingredients, stir at least 2 to 3 times to ensure uniform mixing and moderate moisture content.
The first mixing is mainly to mix the wheat and sawdust and fine-tune the moisture. For the second mixing, add lime, gypsum and other additional materials on the basis of the first mixing. In the second and third mixing, sterilization, insecticide, nutrition and other products can be added in sequence to fully mix and adjust the materials to avoid local uneven materials or uneven pH. Mix the ingredients evenly and pack into bags.
